In this key position, you are the first contact point for our employees in all IT issues and in fault management. They serve the client hardware and software, take care of the administration of the specialist software and support the users through instructions. Their tasks include not only managing password and user accounts, but also supporting printers and multifunction devices. They accompany exciting digitalization projects, such as the introduction of the E-Acts, and work closely with the Department of Digitization, Organisation and IT. You are also responsible for the management of telecommunications and are responsible for the creation and maintenance of the IuK action plan, including the procurement of hardware and software as well as the IuK Asset and License Management. Your profile fits perfectly with us if you have a university degree in information and communication technology or a comparable degree. People with a completed training and multiannual relevant professional experience are also welcome if they bring the necessary skills and knowledge in the IT field. A strong interest in IT issues and a fundamental understanding of municipal administration processes are advantageous.
