Property Manager (m/w/d)

For the department of our Hamburg Central Administration, we are looking for a convincing personality as soon as possible Large cinema is not only created on the screen – but behind the scenes. Through you. As a Property Manager (m/w/d) at CinemaxX, you're thinking that everything is going – from lease contracts to technology. Your tasks: Central interface between landlords, service providers and internal business areas Maintenance and control of leases for used areas, including coordination with contractors Examination and monitoring of contractual arrangements and ensuring proper contractual processing Ensuring the timely and correct rental payments Implementation of general management activities in property management Coordination and follow-up of deficiencies and their enforcement from a company perspective Processing of supplements and contract amendments Support for technical issues (e.g. in case of malfunctions in installations such as air conditioning) and enforcement of appropriate measures

Your profile: completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate industry, or a comparable study or a comparable qualification Professional experience in property management or real estate management desirable Basic knowledge of commercial lease Basic technical understanding and willingness to work on technical topics Structured and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and enforcement capacity
