Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As a senior engineer test wafer management, you are responsible for the entire business processes in the field of test wafer management within the production area. These include quantity planning (including FOUP and FOSB) and consumption analysis of test wafers or Non-Productive wafers (NPW) taking into account all the conditions and specification of the test wafers (new wafers, reclaim, replacement materials). Focus on the development and analysis of sector-specific business processes. You create evaluations and correlations of data and work with the design and coordination of area-specific projects to increase efficiency and productivity and reduce costs in their own areas. Follow innovative approaches and use the dynamic working environment, free spaces for creative work and the Bosch network. Due to your pronounced process understanding and cross-departmental thinking, you visualize your conceived structures and processes according to target groups. In addition to interaction with internal partners (including production, quality, IT; Controlling and purchasing) act as a central contact point with interface function outside the company. You are responsible and the first contact person for the application support and work with the further development of (software) applications in your area and perform training as well as professional guidance of new employees for topics in this field.

Education: Successfully completed studies (Diplom/Master) in the field of information technology, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, economics or comparable training Experience: Multiannual, relevant professional experience as well as sound knowledge and practical experience in the field of semiconductor processes or test wafer management of a producing company, preferably 300-mm semiconductor technology and experience with the professional coordination of teams, good knowledge in problem-solving techniques as well as quality methods and application safety with office applications Working methods: Self-employed, self-responsibility, result-oriented working style, focus on highest reliability and quality Personality: Team-capable, flexible, motivated, resilient, communication-strong, very good organizational and problem-solving capability as well as pronounced quality awareness and intercultural communication skills across all levels Languages: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
