Coordination, monitoring and operational planning of the regional service Contact person (m/w/d) Personal and resource planning for optimal utilization of the tours Participation in tour adaptations and process optimizations in cooperation with internal interfaces Monitoring of vehicles, courier journeys and equipment Ensuring and developing quality standards and customer satisfaction Selection of new employees and implementation of interviews Close cooperation with adjacent departments

Commercial training in the field of logistics, forwarding or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in logistics, ideally with first leadership experience Experience in personnel deployment and tour planning Communication strength as well as a safe and solution-oriented occurrence Structured, independent and economic operation Good MS Office knowledge Team spirit, organisational talent and responsibility Very good German knowledge
