Manager Corporate Operational Excellence Projects (f/m/x)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, visionary and result-driven Manager (f/m/x) to join our Corporate Operational Excellence team. This role is perfect for someone with a consultancy background who thrives on driving transformative change and innovation. You wil be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation of operational excellence projects with different business partners globally across the whole ZEISS group to drive the implementation of cutting-edge Industry 4.0. initiatives

Your Role Your key responsibilities would be: You will craft and execute strategies to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency through Industry 4.0 measures, search as automation and digitalization. Partnering with internal clients, you will develop comprehensive solutions grounded in best practices, emphasizing standardization. You will identify improvement opportunities and cooperation with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements, utilizing the latest technological advancements. Working closely with the Corporate Operational Excellence team, Operations, IT departments, and external partners, you will establish and sustain best practice solutions and procedures. You will provide mentorship and cultivate a high-performance culture.

Master's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field Several years of experience in a production optimization or operational excellence in a consultancy environment Strong project management skills, proven track record in driving continuous operational excellence and supporting cultural transformation Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Willingness to travel (internationally) Fluent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken JOBV1_EN
