You bring constructions to life and ensure that functional, economic and high-quality buildings are created from ideas. You work integrativly in the GOLDBECK system and are an important part of the planning team: Creation of design, detail and workshop planning for structures and building envelopes for the turnkey realization of our construction projects Development of guide details and overview plans as a basis for the construction of steel, concrete, sheet metal and aluminium components Installation plans and individual parts drawings for metal facades as well as wall and roof constructions Creation of lists for tendering, production and assembly Model and database-oriented planning with REVIT and related applications Implementation of the planning according to the GOLDBECK-BIM strategy

Completed studies in civil engineering Ideally practical experience in planning industrial and commercial properties Knowledge of BIM planning methods as well as handling ERP systems German knowledge of at least C1 level in word and writing Extensive interest in constructive issues and interdisciplinary solutions in building construction Self-employed, structured and project- and solution-oriented work High commitment, communication strength and strong team spirit
