Strategic Marketing Officer (m/f/d)

As a marketing specialist, you are also responsible for the implementation and further development of our marketing and communication strategy You plan and implement CRM and sales promotion activities and actively support our sales in market processing (generation of leads) Your tasks include the active development, implementation, care and monitoring of our online presentations on all channels (website, social media, portals) You are responsible for the planning, organisation, implementation and post-processing of trade fairs (national / international) as well as employee and customer events You create media plans and organize the ad circuit (online and offline) on your own responsibility You are responsible for conducting market analyses to identify new growth markets Your commercial or organizational tasks include the realization of advertising materials, print materials and films

You have a good to very good degree with the focus on marketing, public relations, corporate communication or in a comparable area You already have several years of professional practice in a comparable position (ideally B2B) and convince by your expertise, method and implementation skills You have conceptual competencies and also enjoy creative work You have a pronounced hand-on mentality and a high degree of self-organisation and self-initiative It is easy for you to pass on your knowledge and e.g. To prepare trainees also in complex topics You are strong in communication, even in the communication of technical content You have excellent knowledge of SEA, SEO (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, CMS) You have a very good language feeling in German and English (further foreign languages of advantage) You will enjoy challenges and keep a cool head under stress
