Projektleiter (m/w/d) Reference number: 404817 Planning and planning of measures in small plant construction (e.g. heating, ventilation, cold and heat pump systems) Organisation and implementation of modernisation, exchange and optimization projects Technical design of the required components and production of calculations Preparation and coordination of material orders as well as control of contractors and external service providers Creation of offers for maintenance and renewal measures Commercial project management including documentation, accounting and controlling (SAP) Technical support and support of service technicians Ensuring a smooth project sequence from planning to handover Your site is Erfurt, from where you can support projects in the region of Thuringia. Complete qualification as master or technician in the field of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration technology or as an engineer of supply technology Experience in small plant construction, modernization or maintenance of technical installations Basic knowledge of SAP and safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) Structured working, organisational institution and a high degree of self-responsibility Customer-oriented appearance, solution strength and pragmatic approach
