Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you You plan and coordinate the coaching and professional support of our trainees, developers and external employees in the international mobile teams. You are the central contact person for all IT issues around Mobile and work closely with external service providers and our UX/UI experts to optimally match technical solutions. You develop our native Android apps – you use Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, optimize existing features and implement new functionalities efficiently and scalable. You implement accessibility and take into account modern information architectures so that our apps are accessible and intuitive to use. You design modern mobile architectures together with your team and ensure the sustainable updating of all required components, libraries and frameworks.

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you You have a completed study (e.g., computer science or business informatics) or an equivalent, subject-specific training with supplementary certificates of expertise and many years of professional experience. You have expert knowledge in client server technologies, databases, networks and core technologies, as well as sound knowledge about request management, software engineering and system architecture. You are routined in procedural, functional and reactive programming and have very good knowledge of Kotlin & Jetpack Compose. You have solid knowledge of IT security and cyber security as well as agile development methods and can apply them in projects. You are open to learning new technologies and high motivation for further development paired with technical curiosity. Your strengths include independent work, team-oriented communication and analytical thinking. Very good German and English skills complete your profile. French know-how is a plus.
