As Active Sourcing Specialist (m/w/d), you are responsible for the active search and address of candidates to ensure a timely occupation of open positions at our large customer Together with the Hiring Managers and the Recruitment Partners, you conduct needs analysis to understand the requirements After sharpening the profile, start and manage the search jobs. The care of several vacancies at the same time is not a problem for you. You are creating the interface between the candidates and the stakeholders. This will help you to ensure smooth communication, both in German and English In close cooperation with the Recruitment partners responsible for the subsequent occupation process, you make sure that all steps take place smoothly. You work up to three times a week in our Frankfurt branch. On the other days you have the opportunity to work comfortably from home
