Your tasks:

· Review of quality assurance measures by sample checks and audits at work

• initiate measures for discrepancies, track and effectiveness control

· Provide appropriate quality evaluations

· Supporting the employees entrusted with testing tasks:in production and quality assurance

· Creating and optimizing test instructions

· Support for quality design of components

· Evaluation and steering of defective products

· Coordination of measures with production

· Documentation and requirements per component in SAP

· Check the supplier's initial sample report for conformity and determine test requirements from it

· Create SAP Q-sights like Check Plan and Info Sets

· Set up suitable measuring means

· Testing the components against documentation (measures, surface, material, certificates, etc.)

Deviations of the target and describing

· Evaluate results independently and document them in the initial sample form (Microsoft Office)

· Distribution of initial sample report by distributor key

· Create, distribute, book and ship complaint messages in SAP

· 8D report of the supplier

Our requirements:

· Completed 3-year training in a recognized metal profession

· Additional qualification in the field of quality management, e.g. as a quality specialist

· Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position

· Extensive knowledge of products as well as measuring and testing

· User knowledge Microsoft Office and SAP QM and MM

· Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge

· Structured, independent and conscientious operation

· Team skills
