The EMEA Category Manager for HR Services is responsible for all regional tactical shopping activities in the area of the above services.

The regional category approach creates a common added value for all internal customers in terms of commercial, logistical and process improvements by providing expertise and best practices around the needs of internal customers while strengthening the relationship with strategic business partners (internal and external).

Your tasks:

  • Control of all purchasing activities in the EMEA region in the area of HR Services (security, healthcare, HR, training) together with the Global Category Head and the Regional Cluster Manager
  • Implementation of negotiations taking into account the best commercial and operational aspects and ensuring compliance with valid guidelines
  • identification of synergy potentials, where and whenever possible
  • Ensuring full coverage of all business requirements in the offers received
  • Propulsion of contractual security
  • Support for operational improvements by negotiating commercial benefits
  • Ensuring the strategic orientation between purchasing and internal customers
  • Complete execution of the ordering process via CEOS and SAP, including complaint processing and internal and external communication
  • Preparation and implementation of tenders, offer comparisons and contract negotiations for complex procurement projects in the defined areas in cooperation with the Global Category Head and the Regional Cluster Manager
  • Creation and compilation of Sourcing Decision Sheets, securing BPBoC and NDA signatures, collection of financial and commercial documents, identification and development of suppliers
  • Ensuring that agreements are created, approved and signed and communication to the works within the region
  • Support and management of special projects

Qualifications

  • University degree (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) and comprehensive professional experience as well as relevant certifications
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing, preferably in technical purchasing (NPM) with demonstrable successes – alternatively, relevant experience in the HR sector is also welcome -Expressed analytical and conceptual competence
  • Excellent communication skills, also in multicultural and cross-functional teams and at all levels
  • Secure handling of SAP R/3 + S/4 and MS Office
  • Self-sponsored and responsibly functioning as well as quick understanding
  • Advanced negotiation competence, enforcement ability, target- and result-oriented work
  • German and English language skills in word and writing
  • Experience in project management
