To carry out regular visits, detection of deficiencies and prioritisation and follow-up of necessary measures until completion. Coordination and monitoring of operations in building management and outdoor management, including green area management, winter service, cleaning and maintenance work. Implementation of simple maintenance measures in non-process-critical facility areas as well as independent elimination of small technical defects within the permissible scope. Coordination and support of foreign companies including instruction, ensuring necessary access and work privileges and monitoring of the provision of services. Implementation or organisation of location-related security instructions for foreign companies, including documentation and communication of relevant HSE, hygiene, access and fire protection requirements. Coordination of suppliers and service providers with regard to appointments, performances and offers as well as coordination of commercial topics and orders with purchasing. Support in compliance with GMP, HSE, security and compliance requirements in the facility environment by reporting relevant deviations and events to the competent authorities. Creation and maintenance of facility-relevant documentation as well as systematic follow-up of open and completed measures. Support for facility projects as well as measures to improve order, safety, availability and cost-effectiveness, including relocations, surface preparation, commissioning, inventorying and the planning of spare parts and consumables.

Complete technical training, e.g. in the field of building technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or sanitary technology, or comparable technical qualification Advanced training for master, technician or facility manager Multiannual experience in technical building operations or facility management Experience in the coordination of service providers and external companies Knowledge of occupational safety, fire protection and technical building maintenance Experience in a regulated environment (pharmacy, food, laboratory or clean room) of advantage Safe handling of MS Office Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
