Coordination and implementation of procurement processes (e.g. vehicles and equipment) for the fire department Offenbach Creating and updating tender documents and technical performance descriptions as well as defining evaluation and exclusion criteria in accordance with the applicable procurement law Preparation of project and award decisions and responsible coordination of templates with all bodies to be involved (e.g. department, combing) Accompanying and processing the entire procurement procedure, e.g., design discussions with manufacturers, accompanying replanations, prompting and prosecuting necessary deficiencies Examination and control of project progress, e.g. compliance with project planning and agreed time intervals Preparation of the project completion and participation in product collection and product introduction Implementation of project ideas and plans of the fire department Offenbach in the field of procurement

Completed technical university degree (FH-Diplom/Bachelor) or a comparable degree Knowledge and practical professional experience in project management, especially in project management and in the handling of procurement processes, ideally in the field of professional firefighters Knowledge of contract management and European, national and municipal procurement law are also desirable Structured and targeted working methods, analytical skills and decision strength High economic thinking and cost-conscious action Teamability and the ability to solve and constructive cooperation Impressed planning and organisational capacity combined with high self-employment Active membership in a volunteer fire brigade or relative of a fire brigade is advantageous Secure knowledge of German language in word and font (min. level C1 CEFR) possession of the EU licence (min. class B); the driving licence of class C/CE is desirable
