Then get yourself in: With your expertise, you are responsible for the coordination, control and optimization of all divisions and OE-wide, strategic business processes for the area of damage composite in close cooperation with the specialist departments. They are always analytical: they are responsible for the analysis, design and optimization of business processes (organisatorically) in the area of damage composite and overlapping. In addition, create ad hoc evaluations, analyses, key figures, reporting, presentations and decision templates within the framework of specialist revisions. Through your know-how, you take over the development, maintenance and regular updating of standardized work instructions and process documentation to ensure demand-oriented and efficient damage processing processes. You keep an overview: The monitoring and control of process quality and the identification and implementation of continuous process improvement measures as well as process analysis and reporting on process optimization are part of your task. In addition, you can help with harm-specific and cross-departmental projects for the strategic development of damage management. For our damage employees, you act as a contact person: They take care of the design, organization and implementation of specialist training, webinars and lectures of the damage workers.

Education: You have successfully completed your university studies in the fields of economics. Alternatively, you have a comparable training in the insurance industry. Experience: They bring several years of professional experience in the field of damage composites, ideally focusing on process management and quality assurance. Knowledge: You have knowledge of insurance business teaching as well as specific expert knowledge. In addition, you will point with good knowledge in the process analysis, design or optimization.
