Independent revision and evaluation of the overall operational digitization processes and requirements Mainly responsible conception of transferred digitalization strategies Planning the step-by-step digital transformation of the company Conceptual development, definition and structuring of projects, key figures controlling/cost structures, reporting and ongoing safeguarding the legal certainty of all new digitalization projects (e.g. data protection) Initiation of new IT structures and all interfaces as well as their ongoing evaluation, e.g. in case of system changes such as SAP-Hana- accompaniment of the constructional, house and equipment engineering measures Continuous strategic development of digitalization concepts in cooperation with the departments, in particular by analyzing the actual state and determining potentials (costs/benefits, environment/ecology, energy, sustainability) Overall coordination and implementation of the digitalization measures and projects from the city's digitalization concepts, municipalities, country and federal government in close cooperation with the departments and monitoring and compliance of appointments Independent administration of M365 and Mobile Device Management incl. Hardware management Contact person for data protection related IT topics Implementation and documentation of quality assurance measures

You have a successfully completed (specialized) university course, ideally with the focus on business management, business informatics or comparable adequate training Ideally, specialist knowledge in the IT field or alternatively have equivalent professional knowledge and detectable professional experience with knowledge in digitization management, proof of a certificate of a recognized continuing education institute. In addition, you have a high level of target orientation, team skills, organizational ability as well as a sovereign and convincing appearance Conceptually oriented thinking, analytical thinking and a solution-oriented work setting as well as care, cost awareness and technical understanding You have good computer skills (MS-Office package and, if necessary, special software)

An unlimited full-time job with an average weekly working time of 39,00 hours. It is possible to occupy the place with part-time workers.
