Your new role

You are a competent and reliable contact person for the employees of your assigned departments as part of the entire employee lifecycle - from entry, organizational or personal changes to sensitive conversations You are assisting the executives of your departments with all the personal, labour and strategic issues and issues that are relevant to your work and act as an operative and strategic partner You work closely and trustfully with internal stakeholders, in particular with executives or management as well as other functions within the HR team (e.g. recruiting, personnel development) to develop, advance and optimize projects and actions together. You work with diverse HR topics that accompany us in everyday life (e.g. Performance Cycle) and also open up new topics that come to you in our dynamic environment You take care of national and partly international locations (France and Switzerland). English-language communication is not an obstacle to you; you also have external support for work law issues in the international context. Since most of your specialist areas are located in other locations, collaboration is mainly digital.

You have a degree or a comparable training in economics or commercial area - but above all your personality and experience in the HR area is important to us, ideally you are practiced in the care of employees and departments You could already acquire knowledge of labour law issues and well master the basics of labour law and human resources You communicate professionally, empathically and go on new situations confidently and confidently. You combine empathy with entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action You want to introduce yourself - initiative and team work are equally important to us You speak German at a very good level as well as English at a good level, digital work is a matter of course for you
