In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for Head of Department in Galvanik, Surface Coating (m/w/d)

Control and monitoring of galvanic processes on a manual frame system Production planning of the department in compliance with deadlines and compliance with quality requirements Monitoring of new production processes and determination of process and process parameters (Muster Processing ) Maintenance and updating of all process-relevant data in the company-specific systems Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team Promoting cooperative cooperation and continuous improvement

Completed training in the areas of surface technology or electroplating possible: (consequent further training to the electroplating master or electroplating technician) Multiannual practical experience in electroplating and leadership experience in the production of surface finished products Experience in setting up and monitoring galvanic baths Practical experience in electrolytic metal deposition Expertise in the daily handling of technical surface systems and chemicals incl. safety rules and safeguards Leadership in the guidance and motivation of electroplating systems Service orientation, strong interpersonal and communicative skills You bring quality and cost awareness in surface technology / electroplating technology High quality awareness and organisational ability Good knowledge of German (at least B2)
