The city of Überlingen is a centre with around 25,000 inhabitants in the western part of the Lake Constance. A well-developed infrastructure and all school facilities are available on site. It also offers outstanding recreational value due to its rural location. The children's house in Nesselwangen will be a new building in modern construction with two floors and a wide outdoor facility. From the spring of 2026 up to 85 children from one year to the school entrance are supervised in four groups.
