Project Engineer - Building Automation / Refrigeration / Heating Technology (m/w/d)

You analyze the basics and/or the planning requirements of our projects You develop integrative planning concepts up to the ready-to-use, consider alternative solutions and advise the builders on the subject You set up plant schemes, function lists and calculations and measurements of the technical systems You support the creation of tender documents, participate in the award of orders to the exporting companies and, if necessary, conduct them. Bidding talks You agree with commissioners, architects, authorities, public utilities and other project participants You monitor the execution at the construction site in accordance with the planned or written performance

You have successfully completed your studies in a technical course, a successfully completed training as a technician (m/w/d) or comparable qualifications You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the same or a comparable position on the German labour market, with You bring knowledge in the planning of building automation after the performance phases 1 to 9 of HOAI or are motivated to acquire it You draw your attention through a proactive way of working and working in an interdisciplinary team You are strong in communication and have a regular exchange with customers:inside, architect:inside and other specialist planners:inside You are willing to continue your education and stay up to date on current developments and technologies in the field of heating and refrigeration technology You have certain knowledge of German in word and writing at C1 level
