Advice and support of members on site – The individual support of members is your responsibility. These include personal onboarding talks, regular care talks, early detection of challenges and a solution-oriented support in everyday life. Business Lunch Care – You advise our members on objectives and appropriate interlocutors and support them in planning business lunches. You also take an active host role and participate in the lunches. Event planning and implementation – You plan and organize diverse network events that are fun, but also provide added value for our members and contribute to networking. On the day of the event, you will be there as a host and guide the participants through the event. Network development, recommendations and new members – You conduct valuable discussions with interested parties, introduce the WECON network membership personally and check whether membership is meaningful and appropriate. Recommendations of your members will be accompanied professionally until you decide and ensure that new members are integrated in the network well and sustainably. Proactive participation in the local entrepreneurial environment – You represent the WECON network at local economic and network events and build relationships with relevant organisations and institutions in the region.

You bring well-founded experience in building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers from different industries and are sure to keep your eye out for yourself. Your high relationship orientation, paired with empathy and emotional intelligence, characterizes you. You understand the needs and challenges of people and can develop authentic, trusting relationships. You are a dedicated, positively thinking and responsible person who likes to take responsibility and act reliably. Your strong service and hostility is at your heart, and you have a good feeling for group dynamics as well as for suitable gatherings of people. It makes you happy to organize, accompany and actively shape events – both content and atmospheric. Ideally, you already have an existing network in the Berlin area, which you carefully and professionally contribute to your role.
