You advise customers on tolls in Europe and their billing options and also clarify registration and billing details with customers, suppliers and partners You carry out orders, registration processing and complaint and return handling You define and tune toll processes from existing and new toll systems You work closely with all participating cooperation partners and suppliers along the entire value chain You create and update process documentation

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree Ideally industry experience in the field of tolls, transport and logistics as well as several years of professional experience in professional customer consulting or toll service Embossed service and solution and customer-oriented action Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage
