You calculate offers, process public tenders, accompany the accounting of our projects and develop the commercial project management together with the management. About us Eichmann & Grunden GmbH is a growing engineering office for building technology (TGA), energy consulting and sustainable building planning based in Elze near Hannover. We plan and advise for residential and non-residential buildings – from the old building to the new building and from the daycare center to the fire department store. We combine classic engineering and planning services with modern building diagnostics. On site we work with drones, thermalography, endoscopy and airtightness tests. Our team consists of engineers, construction engineers, heating engineers, technical system planners and building energy consultants. We work interdisciplinary, with short decision-making and at eye level.

As a project manager for costing, awarding and commercial project management, you accompany our projects from the offer phase to the billing. You calculate and start offerings for engineering, planning and consulting services and evaluate the effort, risks and cost-effectiveness. You research public tenders and process award procedures via DTVP, eVergabe and other award platforms in time. You check and award performance directories (LV) and work with GAEB files as well as price mirrors. You will first write down, partial and final accounts and keep open items in sight. You take over the commercial project controlling and comparative offer, order, delivered services and billing. You develop our calculation bases, commercial processes and key figures. With increasing experience, you keep an eye on utilisation, order inventory, project economics and revenue development. You prepare commercial and entrepreneurial decisions together with the management.

Not only does your previous job title count for us. It is crucial that you bring figures, technical interest and entrepreneurial thinking.
