Do you want to use your skills in production and actively contribute to the success of a modern company? As a production employee (m/w/d) in Leipzig, you are part of a dedicated team that produces high-quality products for modern timber construction. In a two-layer working model, you can expect varied tasks and the opportunity to work with the most modern planing and milling machines.

• You serve modern planing and milling machines and produce high-quality products for modern timber construction.
• You are responsible for sorting raw and finished products to ensure that production quality is always high.
• You process orders on time and performance to effectively comply with the production plan.
• You keep the overview of your machines and systems and ensure their optimal function.

We are looking for

To be successful in this position, you should bring both technical and organizational skills. Whether you have already gained experience or are new in this area, your willingness to shiftwork and your commitment are crucial.

• You bring at least German knowledge to level B2 to ensure smooth communication in the team.
• You are ready to work in a layer system (2 layers) and show flexibility.
• You ideally have a training or experience as a carpenter, carpenter or in a similar area.
• You are motivated and physically resilient to cope with the dynamic production environment.
