Management and management of one of three teams in the field of construction contracts with the appropriate personnel input for all procurement procedures and associated process steps in close coordination with the other team lines Planning, control and implementation of procurement procedures for construction, architects and engineering services, as well as project-related supply and services of all sizes and characteristics across all types of procedures and process steps – starting with the procurement regulations, up to their conclusion and subsequent award notice Conception and implementation of competitions at all necessary stages Close cooperation and coordination across all procedures and process steps, with the construction department, engineering and architectural offices, possibly other external service providers and the other construction services Central contact person for legal issues related to construction projects Participation in the further development of procurement and synergy concepts for construction contracts, in particular in the context of eVergabe and the use of AI, as well as co-design, preparation and implementation of training, conference and training events

Successfully completed university or bachelor studies (e.g. as a graduate administratorin, architectin, graduate engineer*in or in a comparable discipline) or comparable skills and experience Multiannual relevant professional experience, ideally with the application of the rules for public procurement or construction management services Interest in the processing of complex legal issues and strong solution competence Understanding technical and complex relationships in the building context Ideally experience in handling eVergabe systems Experience in handling AI applications or the willingness to work into appropriate systems Proactive and service-oriented mode of operation, which is targeted, structured and conscientious, also under time pressure Very pronounced communication and team skills, ideally associated with professional leadership experience High level of quality awareness, self-employment and competence to vote Standing for occasional missions Flowing German knowledge and ideally good English knowledge in word and writing
