You are responsible for the development of our frozen pizzas – from prototype to series production, in compliance with all relevant customer requirements and quality standards In your area of responsibility, the preparation, implementation and documentation of large-scale experiments in production You plan, organize and document internal and external tastings In addition, you accompany projects for product and process optimization with professional competence and actively supports commodity and supplier changes You are responsible for the complete, correct and transparent documentation regarding our projects, experiments and tastings The recipe and master data management is in your area of responsibility You are passionate about the latest trends and technologies and are constantly researching innovative ingredients and recipes With your know-how, you support product-specific questions and make sure that the right machines are selected for production You take over the creation and maintenance of work and process instructions and make sure that product development is smooth and structured You bring creative ideas into our product development and also think beyond existing concepts In addition, you agree with internal specialist departments such as SCM, Marketing, Sales and Operations as well as external partners and suppliers

Complete studies in the field of food technology, ecotrophology or comparable discipline - alternatively you have an equivalent qualification You have already gained practical experience in product development in the food sector In addition, you have an enthusiasm for high-quality food and a good sense of taste Furthermore, you follow hygienic standards and pay attention to clean documentation You are safe in handling MS Office You also have team spirit, communication strength and a solution-oriented way of thinking You have excellent knowledge of German – ideally supplemented by good English A structured and independent operation with high self-responsibility completes your profile
