Your duties

• Personal responsibility for QS
• Organisation and monitoring of quality assurance and complaint system in compliance with ISO 13485
• Locking non-conform parts and assemblies
• Error analysis and development of appropriate measures to avoid errors in close cooperation and coordination with the areas involved
• Conception, structuring, continuous adaptation and further development of QS areas
• Control of projects within the QS as well as participation in transnational projects
• Further development of suitable indicators for quality and complaint assessment as well as participation in CVP processes
• Close cooperation with internal and external interfaces to ensure highest quality standards
• Building efficient processes to improve supplier quality in close cooperation with purchasing
• Ensuring and developing compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements
• Active participation in shopfloor management

Your profile

• Complete technical studies or a comparable qualification
• Found experience in quality assurance, ideally in a manufacturing medical technology environment
• Detectable leadership experience in a leading position
• Preference is given to training as a quality management officer (QMB) as well as further relevant training in QS
• Strong process thinking and pronounced analytical skills
• Own initiative and a structured and targeted approach
• High communication and negotiation strength
• extensive experience with the introduction and practical application of common quality methods and tools (e.g. FMEA, 8D-Report, etc.)
• Safe handling of relevant standards and regulations, including ISO 13485)
