Course contents: Hotel professionals are all-rounders. The core task is reservation and reception. Hofas is also thoroughly trained in the area of food & beverage, housekeeping, goods management and marketing. You overlook the interfaces between the departments and ensure that the quality is true everywhere. Professional communication with the guests is like a red thread through all activities – in the personal sales or consultation, in check-in and via digital channels. Training period: 3 years

1. Teaching year 1000 € gross monthly 2nd year of teaching 1150 € gross monthly
