Plans and taxes of all relevant works and projects in the field of facility management You organize all necessary maintenance orders within the technical infrastructure They collect offers from service providers, evaluate them and provide a recommendation for implementation They coordinate and control contracts awarded both externally and internally You take over the costing and controlling of operating costs
