You have a completed training as a cook or cook or have comparable professional experience

You already have experience as Chef de Partie or are ready for the next step

You have well-founded expertise in the kitchen

You work independently, organized and responsible

You are a team player and keeps a cool head even in stressful situations

You have a strong quality awareness and attention to detail

You know the HACCP policies and consistently implement them
