In order to support our Center of Competence Business Application and BI Management, we are looking for you as an application expert (m/w/d) at the Munich site as an application expert (m/w/d) SAP SuccessFactors in full time.

Support and further development of SAP SuccessFactors and our cloud-based digital personnel file Introduction, development and implementation of new and existing digital personnel processes in close coordination with the HR departments Configuring and customizing the cloud applications used according to the technical requirements Coordination of releases, updates and changes in cooperation with internal departments and external partners Planning and implementation of quality assurance tests for system changes and new implementations and ensuring smooth operation Analysis and elimination of disturbances, consultation of HR departments and documentation of processes

Completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification Experience in application management, ideally in the field of HR systems Knowledge of cloud technologies and architectures (e.g. Azure, AWS, SaaS solutions) Experience with HR software such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday or comparable systems Experience in configuring cloud applications and test management Analytical thinking, structured working and high service orientation Very good German and good English skills
