For the further development of our financial software for public administration, we are looking for a product manager (m/w/d) who takes on the technical responsibility for financial software and works closely with the strategic management. Product strategy & control Special responsibility for the further development of our financial software Development and maintenance of a product roadmap in line with corporate strategy Priority of requirements taking into account legal requirements, customer benefits and feasibility Coordination of Releases and Product Targets with Development, Support, Sales and Strategic Management Ensuring consistent processes and professionally correct mapping of municipal financial logics Requirement management & technical conception Analysis and structuring of customer requirements, market and internal stakeholders Translation of technical content into enforceable requirements Creation of specialist concepts and process descriptions Technical assistance of tests, acceptances and approvals

Experience in product management in the software environment Interest in financial processes, ideally in the context of public administration Experience in cooperation with software development (Scrum/Kanban) Ability to prepare complex technical topics structured and make decisions Communication strength, initiative and very good knowledge of German Very good knowledge of German at least C1 level round off your profile. Nice to have: Knowledge in municipal accounting (double/cameralic) Very good understanding of financial processes in public administration (HKR) Experience with financial statements, budgetary law and booking logics Interest in process optimization and UX If you want to strategically develop a central product in public finance and create real added value for municipalities, we look forward to your application.
