You take responsibility for the management and organisation of infrastructural services at the TÜV Rheinland Campus in Cologne. You are the contact person for the building users in all questions about the infrastructural building operation. You coordinate and monitor external service providers (e.g. building cleaning, security services, reception services) and provide compliance with the agreed quality and performance standards si-cher. You ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements in the field of infrastructure facility management. You contribute to the annual budget planning for infrastructure facility management and support cost control. You create and maintain action plans to optimize service quality and develop proposals to improve efficiency. You document relevant processes, take over the tracking of service orders and regularly monitor the services provided by service providers. You support the organisation of conference and event services in cooperation with service providers and users.

Complete vocational training in the field of services, e.g. in the building cleaner crafts, in the hotel industry, in the commercial or craft sectors or a comparable quality. First professional experience in infrastructure facility management or in comparable skills fields; ideally experience in managing external service providers. Safe handling of MS Office products; Experiences with CAFM systems (e.g. SAP) are advantageous. Organizational design, strong service orientation and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Communication strength and joy in working together in a team. Very good German knowledge of word and writing; a class B licence is desirable.
