Senior Business Controller (m/f/d)

Creation and development of monthly reports, forecasts as well as budget and business planning Development and optimization of key payment systems, management dashboards as well as controlling and reporting processes Implementation of business analyses (species-actual comparisons, deviations, cost and profitability analyses) and derivation of sound recommendations for action Creation of decision-making templates for management and support for investment and economic analysis Further development of controlling tools as well as active optimization of control, reporting and final processes Working with digitization, ERP and automation projects including the introduction of new applications and systems.

A completed, at least 4-year regular training at a university (e.g. Master, Magister, Uni-Diplom) Or at least 3 years of professional training and additional professional training (e.g. state-tested technicians w/m/d or state-tested farmer w/m/d) and many years of corresponding professional experience Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally complemented by sound knowledge in accounting and financial controlling Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, proALPHA or comparable) and very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel Embossed analytical thinking capacity as well as high numerical affinity and a secure understanding of economic relations Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working with high care and awareness of responsibility Communication strength, consulting skills and a safe occurrence in dealing with executives and departments Own initiative, hand-on mentality and the ability to efficiently process both operational tasks and actively shape strategic developments
