In our family housing groups, 6-7 children aged 4-11 years are currently cared for. The multi-professional teams in our SOS Children's Village work in the 24-hour shift service model and are also supported by trainees (m/w/d) and interns (m/w/d). You accompany and nurture the children in their everyday lives and support them in their individual development. You create a loving, valuable and stable environment that gives children safety. You work closely with your team, exchange regularly and take responsibility for the joint design of everyday teaching. You bring your strengths and ideas into everyday life and actively contribute to the further development of our educational concept. You cooperate with family of origin, schools, therapists and other specialist departments. You are conscientious about the protection of the children and the care of the children.

You have a qualification as an educatorin / healer education caregiverin / childhood educationin / social educationin or a comparable educational qualification and can provide professional experience. You are a dedicated team-leading personality with the willingness to take responsibility. You have a lot of challenges, organizational circumstances, solution-oriented thinking and action. You have a healthy load capacity, readiness and self-reflection. A valuable and respectful attitude in dealing with the counter is self-confident for you.
