Insurance specialist for customer correspondence (part-time)

The core of your activity is the qualified written handling of queries and questions resulting from customer discussions in the telephony teams. This includes, in particular, the individualized supply delivery to end customers. In addition, you take the clearing of written requests and their forwarding to the competent authorities (e.g. to intermediaries, business or damage areas). You collect product requests and convert them into leads for sales. Last but not least, you enter services for our sales partners (e.g. help in cleaning duplicates or support in data management).

Personally, you have a high level of service and communication. You have a very good written expressability and a high degree of legal and grammar security. Communicating with end customers, sales partners and internal departments is easy for you. As a qualified insurance specialist or a comparable qualification, you will bring at least basic knowledge of insurance products and legal requirements. Ideally, you also have first professional experience in insurance, like sales.
