Senior IT Consultant - ITIL / DevOps / COBIT / SAP (m/f/d)

Frobese GmbH is the experienced, reliable partner for banks, financial service providers and insurance companies in northern Germany. We advise our customers on the design and implementation of complex IT projects and always support them personally.

As a senior IT consultant, you strengthen our team and work closely with our customers in the banking and financial services environment. You can safely move at the interface between the specialist department, IT and the company and support our customers in successfully implementing their IT services, processes and projects.

You are a consultant:in, coordinator:in and converter:in at the same time – with a clear look for requirements, processes and target images.

Your duties include: Complete support of complex IT projects with multiple subprojects – from initiation to successful completion Responsibility for requirement management: inclusion, analysis, structuring and prioritization of technical and technical requirements Creation of specialist concepts, process descriptions, user stories and implementation specifications Active participation and further development of ITSM processes (e.g. incident, change, problem, release or service request management) Control and coordination of internal and external project participants and development teams Takeover of tasks in classic and agile project management incl. Planning, control and reporting (time, budget, risks, quality, resources) Close cooperation with departments, IT operations, providers and management Support for cut-over planning, tests, decreases and production

You have completed university studies or comparable training in the field of business, computer science or business informatics and brings multi-year professional experience in IT-related projects – ideally in the banking or insurance environment. Mind. 7 years of professional experience in project work in the IT environment Very good knowledge of IT service management and related frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, ISO20000) and in IT processes / IT organizations Multiannual experience in project management (classical and agile) Found experience in requirements management and the design of complex IT solutions Experience in cooperation with development teams and external service providers Knowledge of Cut-Over Management, Test Management and DevOps SAP knowledge is advantageous Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Communication strength, safe occurrence and consulting First professional leadership experience as well as interest in leading and expanding a team in a professional way flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing
