Tasks with perspectives You secure the smooth flow of information between Product Owner and Team within the Content Management team and act as empathic mediatorin, coachin and visionary for agile excellence. You moderate inspiring Scrum events, smooth out impediments consistently and take responsibility for a highly effective, self-responsible collaboration in the team. You establish a psychologically safe working atmosphere in which feedback culture is lived, conflicts are constructively resolved and the team is burning for joint milestones. You are ambassador* of the agile values and methods that you not only impart theoretically, but authentically express through your daily action. Personality with profile You have a completed degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics as well as several years of relevant professional experience in agile transitions or a comparable qualification. You have a certification in the role of Scrum Master as well as a well-founded practical experience and bring a deep understanding of the processes of software and flat photo development. You combine business thinking with technical know-how and apply agile methods, planning tools and metrics securely and routined. You have already worked successfully in agile setups and feel at home in a fintech, banking or digital media environment. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and about knowledge of English (C1 level). You are convinced by your extraordinary communication strength and a cooperative leadership style that will help you win people and lead teams to success.
