We are a family-run 4* hotel which is now in the 3rd generation. In addition to the Hotel Schlehdorn we serve four cottages, our apartment house ''Schwarzenbach'' and our guest house ''Die Köhlerei am See''' with large terrace. Support and representation of restaurant management in operational daily business

Active cooperation in the service and contact person:in for guests and team

Co-responsibility for service plans, use of goods and compliance with quality standards

Training and motivation of the team for a smooth process
