Number: MER00048FU In production planning, we centrally design the production processes of all Mercedes-Benz cars at our production sites worldwide, working closely with the areas of development, production and other business partners. A smooth assembly process as well as the continuous optimization of processes with regard to time, quality and costs have the highest priority. As part of your internship, you will get exciting insights into the complex planning and production processes of vehicle assembly. You will get to know the design and procurement of equipment and help to ensure assembly-oriented products and efficient production processes. In addition, you will participate in innovative projects for the further development and digitization of production planning. These challenges come to you: Development, optimization and testing of equipment and handling equipment Development and implementation of proposals for process and product optimization Support in the development of digital solutions and the digital transformation in production planning Cooperation in the planning and optimization of production and assembly processes Cooperation with various departments in the international production environment The activity can begin from January 2027.

Study programme in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology or comparable study programme

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing
