Supporting our entire IT hardware and technical equipment Support and organization of the server cabinet Installation, replacement and installation of PCs and notebooks New jobs completely technical Reset and prepare computers for new employees Install monitors, docking stations, printers and other hardware Set up users and accesses on the computers Set up email accounts and configure them on the appropriate devices Set up Microsoft Outlook and Teams at Work Support and setup of the telephone system Set up and modify phones and dial-throughs for new employees Network support, LAN, WLAN, routers and switches Detect and fix network and connection problems Supporting our electronic door and access systems Key chips or Programming transponders for employees Grant, change and block access rights New employees technically completely set up and remove excreted employees from the systems Detect technical errors in the office and building and resolve them if possible Smaller technical and craft work in the company Coordination of external IT technicians or specialist companies if special work is necessary Documentation of devices, accesses, chips, telephone numbers and technical equipment

Above all, we are looking for someone who can practically think and pack. You should have good knowledge and practical experience in several of the following areas: Computer and IT hardware Windows PCs Network technology Server and server cabinets Telephone systems Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams E-mail facility Printer and office hardware electronic access control Key chips and transponder systems General technical equipment There should be training as IT system electronics, specialist in system integration, electronics, information electronics or a comparable technical qualification.

We are not looking for an employee who sits exclusively at the desk. You should be a technical all-rounder that goes through the company, recognizes problems and finds solutions. When a new employee starts, you should be able to make sure that computers, screens, emails, teams, telephone, dial-through and key chip work, so that the workplace is fully operational. You are therefore our internal contact for hardware, IT technology and technical systems in the company.
