Deputy Head of Internal Sales (m/f/d)

As Deputy Head of Department (m/w/d) for Internal Sales, you are an important part of the largest sales team in our industry. Together with your team, you are responsible for increasing customer loyalty and for new customer acquisition. With your support and representation, you keep the back of the department management. Representation: You represent the department management in their absence and support them in their tasks, such as coaching and training of employees Telephone customer support: Friendly, professional and customer-oriented – you are responsible for all customers in your area in the telephone service (in- and outbound) Customer advice: You will inform our customers about current offers and promotions, advise on our assortment and our (digital) services Teamwork: With our customer management in the field service, the large market and delivery you form an unbeatable team

Education: You have completed training in commerce or in catering (e.g. wholesaler (m/w/d), Restaurantfachmann (m/w/d), Koch (m/w/d)) Experience and knowledge: You already have experience in telephone sales, a gastronomic expertise and at best first leadership experience Sales talent: You are strong in communication, have sales talent, and the building of networks counts for you as a small one Customer orientation: You make our customers happy, because friendliness is just as natural for you as customer, service and quality orientation and the ability to quickly adjust to interlocutors
