Be part of our dedicated team and support families in challenging living situations! In this versatile position, you take responsibility as a social pedagogical family support.

• Individual support for families through social pedagogical family support (SPFH) and support for education (HzE) to promote positive development processes.
• Cooperative cooperation with various partners such as youth offices, schools, doctors, therapists and other relevant institutions to ensure holistic care.
• design and reflection of work : independent preparation and implementation of interventions, as well as regular reflection and documentation of the results.
