Planning, creation and publication of organic social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.) Development and implementation of a social media strategy to increase the range and engagement rate Planning, implementation and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on social media (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Budget management, performance analysis and continuous optimization of campaigns based on KPIs Development to implement a content plan that includes all relevant channels Creation of target group-relevant content in coordination with other departments Write and send press releases on company news, products or relevant industry topics Creation of attractive mailings and newsletters for stock and new customers Development of copy texts for landing pages, social media ads and other marketing materials

Complete studies in marketing, communication, media or comparable training Experience in social media management, paid advertising and content creation Very good writing skills with a sense of appealing, target-group-oriented texts Safe handling of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, HubSpot or comparable platforms Creativity, initiative and a good understanding of current marketing trends Structured and result-oriented operation
