Specialist Service Nursing Assistance for the Disabled (m/f/d)

For the Vitos Disabled Assistance Region Idstein we are looking for a specialist care service (m/w/d) in parttime (80%).

You will take care of the instructions, training, support and support of employees in our homes and our daycare facility. You take into account the current standards of care expert knowledge, train and empower the employees “on the job” and advise colleagues on matters of basic and treatment care if necessary. Your home base is a place where people live with high care needs. From there you start to other residential and work areas according to your needs. To support all employees in nursing situations at the relevant times, you work according to a schedule, even on weekends and holidays. You work networked, you will also work in other regions if necessary, and you will regularly exchange with the specialist services of the Weilmünster, Herborn, Haina-Bad-Emstal and Riedstadt regions. You are directly assigned to the area management of the region.

You have a completed training as a nurse, an additional academic qualification or comparable, as well as a qualification as a practical instruction according to the nursing profession law. Ideally, you bring experience in working with people with cognitive impairment. You are familiar with the current care standards, you can communicate and apply them. You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you pay between € 3.243 and € 4.244.86 (based on TVöD S9, S 11b or S 12, 80% part-time). In addition, there is the supplement housing, the SuE supplement, shift allowances and an annual special payment of 85% of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant.
