Consulting Manager - Corporate Banking / Kreditwesen / Transformation (m/f/d)

We are an independent management consultancy focusing on financial service providers such as banks and insurance companies. As part of a group of companies with Company Builder, Venture-Capitalist and Personal Services, we work with approx. 50 consultants for our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We specialize in strategy and transformation projects that we not only design, but also implement. You conduct and tax challenging consulting projects in the field of corporate banking. You advise banks on their strategic, technical and technological transformation projects. You develop innovative solutions and successfully implement them directly with the customer. You analyze and optimise business processes along the entire corporate banking value chain. You carry on and develop project teams and support (senior) consultants as a coach. You are developing existing customer relationships and actively supporting the new customer acquisition. You will create convincing offers, presentations and management documents. You actively shape our consulting portfolio as well as internal processes and introduce your own ideas.

What should you bring? You have successfully completed your studies in economics, business informatics or a comparable discipline. You bring at least 6 years of sound industry and consulting experience. You already have experience in managing challenging projects and managing complex transformation, digitization or regulatory projects. You have know-how from the company's operating business (e.g. through a staff position function) and sound knowledge in one or more of the following topics: corporate banking, international business, corporate customer sales, trade finance, operational excellence, capital markets, credit processes, financing products & leases, regulatory & compliance, cash management & payments and/or digitization & process optimization. You are characterized by a pronounced leadership and communication skills as well as a safe occurrence at management level. A certain project-related readiness and flexibility are obvious to you. Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, in handling AI tools and very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
