Programme Manager (m/f/d)

Takeover of program management responsibility in the field of “Undergraduate Studies” Horizontal (interface) management with internal stakeholders (especially marketing, recruiting/admissions, scheduling, student services and alumni services) Develop programmes and curricula with the participation of relevant stakeholders, in particular with the participation of faculty and academic directors Support and monitor internal QM processes as part of quality responsibility Acquisition of responsibility in the field of course-related quality assurance implement and manage financial and qualitative annual plans Plan curriculum and ensure studyability Networking with important stakeholders, in particular cooperation partners and alumni Implementation of benchmark and evaluation studies Support for sales, marketing and alumni work Perception of representative tasks (e.g. program opening, graduation)

Successfully completed university degree with at least master or master degree Multiannual experience in the field of education, ideally in the management of international university courses Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office package is expected Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, superior performance and communication skills
