Manager Sales Telephony (f|m|d)

Your main task is to expand and further develop ADAC membership phone sales at different locations. You are responsible for the analysis and evaluation of sales results, the derivation of measures to improve them and the (further) development of sales measures. You advise on sales issues of membership and set up outbound telephony campaigns. This includes creating and accompanying an onboarding concept for new employees. The development of training concepts, e.g. for telephone-specific storyboards, conversation guides, as well as the implementation of training measures and short workshops (presence and online), as well as the innovative (further) development of digital training concepts, telephone-specific desiredcompet profiles and specialist WBTs. The cooperation in projects (e.g. the subproject management) is also one of your tasks.

You have a successfully completed business or economic education degree and provide relevant experience in the distribution of services, insurance companies or financial products that are in need of explanation. You bring well-founded experience in sales telephony with trainer certification. Experience in the planning, implementation and implementation of projects combined with a self-responsible, conceptual way of working and an empathic appearance. You point through a pronounced communication capability for communicating complex content to different target groups. You are characterized by their analytical and strategic thinking. You have a high level of operational and performance. You bring a high readiness to travel and have the licence class B. Ideally, you live in Munich or are ready to move.
