Personnel officer with a focus on employment law and personnel cost controlling (m/f/d)

You take on the self-sponsored support of a defined employee area in personal topics You are a contact person for executives and employees in personnel matters and labour law issues You are responsible for the planning and implementation of individual personnel measures in close cooperation with the department managers and the works council You participate in the creation of the annual economic plan and take over the recruitment of the posts to be occupied You work closely with the works council and set up business agreements You will start evaluations and participate in personnel cost control You carry out (partial) projects independently and, together with the team, you will participate in further personnel projects.

You have a successfully completed business studies with a corresponding focus on training (personnel or the like) or a completed commercial training of adequate training Relevant professional experience in operational personnel management and well-founded practical knowledge in this area we require You bring knowledge of key HR processes and have the necessary expertise in labour, social security and tax law You bring first knowledge in the Business Constitution Act You draw your attention through a quick conception, accurate operation and a pronounced customer and service orientation You are a team player with good communicative skills and sense for the necessary secrecy that brings this position The ability to self-responsible activity and 'hands-on mentality' complete your profile
