Assembling the tools and tool components according to predetermined alignment sheets Compilation and provision of the required measuring means for production orders Assembly and disassembly of tools, tool holders and clamping means for CNC milling machines and INDEX/TRAUB turning milling centres Adjusting and measuring the tools to Zoller presetting devices Testing the prepared tools for completeness, function, wear and readiness to use Maintenance, storage and management of tools Participation in the optimization of tool stocks and detection of service lives provision of tool washes, material and equipment at the transfer points of production

Completed design in the metal sector, e.g. machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or tool mechanic (m/w/d) Multiannual experience in machining tools, tool holders (e.g. HSK, VDI) and clamping means Ideally knowledge of the operation of tool presetting devices Basic understanding of work plans, tool lists and technical drawings Experience with INDEX/TRAUB machines of advantage Careful, structured and reliable operation Good knowledge of German in word and writing
